Yes, we are talking about fun. What is fun for you? I don’t like to say hobbies because it is a long-range question with unrelated answers. For example, traveling is given as a hobby. It is not something you always do but still consider it a hobby. What you like is not your hobby.
The importance of your question is about relaxing your mind. If you do some sport just because others are doing it, if you are learning something just to learn not giving your heart, you should not do that.
The basic example is alcohol and weekend evenings. Some people are party people. They like dancing, drinking, and being distracted. I think they are mostly weak people who are escaping from facing themselves or those who need people around all the time. I may be wrong but the point is if you don’t like it you don’t have to. You should be able to say no. Of course, at that moment, if you feel like going out, dancing, drink, you should go for it.
The most important is what you feel and what you prefer to do at that certain moment. It will be your time so you decide it without any influence and pressure. It should be freedom of choice.
The next thing is how you feel about it. Do you like it or does it makes stress you? Does it relax you? You should remember that our emotions are even changing with our diet. Different times have different moods, so, it is important to know at a certain moment what your feelings are. Stay in the moment, breathe deep and enjoy your time. You will never be able to do everything at the same time. That’s why enjoy what you do at that moment. To achieve this try to figure out what you would like to do at that moment.
Like a kid, if you need fun, do fun thing and don’t think anything else.
